Strength & Conditioning Program at Teamworks

Exceed Sports Performance and Training has put together a off-season strength & conditioning program for Algonquin High School Lacrosse.  The program is run at Teamworks in Northborough and meets after school Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  It has been opened up to all Seven Hills players as well.  The program is designed to increase speed, power, strength and endurance.  For more information on the program and how to sign up, see the Exceed Flyer:

Winter 2013 Practice Schedule @ Hit Quarters

The winter practice schedule has been released.  Indoor training sessions will be held at Hit Quarters in Shrewsbury.
